Solution:
1.
Take backup of config.xml
Cd /u01/install/APPS/fs1/FMW_Home/user_projects/domains/EBS_domain/config
[applmgr@ebsupgrade
config]$ cp -ip config.xml config.xml_bkp
2.
Edit the file and open the
connection part in config.xml file
Search for connection
-filter-rule
4)Save the config.xml file & bounce the Application services’
