Prepare phase has failed with error saying "no patch edition exists" in Oracle EBS R12.2.7

ORA-20008: No Concurrent Manager is running that can run concurrent program ADZDPATCH

Solution:

 

Firstly, stop and start all the application services and check whether all the concurrent managers are working or not.

 Secondly,

Check whether the internal manager and standard manager is active. If not then activate them by clicking Activate button.
